Upon retirement from the State Police in 1990 after twenty years of service, I have been practicing law as a Sole Practitioner in general practice of law in Pennsylvania with majority of the cases being handled in the Montgomery, Bucks and Philadelphia County area.

I am also licensed to practice law in New Jersey, my license is presently on inactive status which I plan to reactivate in the near future.

My main practice consists of all phases of criminal defense and family law litigation.

Criminal law practice consists of criminal defense from initial client intake through and including pre-trial and post trial proceedings including appeals to appellate courts along with representing clients for traffic violations and drivers license problems, expungement of criminal records. In addition I also handle juvenile cases.

Family law practice consists of divorce, custody, support litigation including appeals to appellate courts along with other domestic related matters including but not limited to protection from abuse cases, grandparent and third party custody right issues.

In a limited capacity, I also represent clients in all phases of civil litigation (plaintiff and defense), landlord and tenant litigation, preparation of lease agreements, small claims, preparation of wills, living wills and power of attorney documents, unemployment and workers' compensation matters and real estate transactions.

Employment with State Police From February 1969 through January 1990, I was employed full time by the Pennsylvania State Police and retired with over twenty years of service. Upon graduation from the State Police Academy, T was assigned to the patrol unit at Troop "L" Reading. For eleven years prior to retirement, I was detached to the Region II Strike Force, Drug Law Enforcement Division specializing in all phases or narcotic investigations, including undercover work, preparation and execution of search warrants, clandestine laboratory and wire-tapp investigations, class "A" certification in electronic surveillance and testified as an expert witness in federal and state courts.
